1.Features
The medium-voltage wiring harness tester with the model SAIMR6000-256P is a product with high accuracy and reliable quality, which is sold at home and abroad. The main features of this instrument are:
- Advanced functions: support precise 4-wire measurement, programmable continuous testing, automatic finding, automatic diagnosis, self-calibration and zeroing, test scanning mode can be switched automatically/short circuit scanning.
- Convenient operation: pure computer-side operation, test data can be stored on a computer, test reports can be printed, and bar codes can be automatically printed after testing. In addition, the equipment adopts a cabinet-type architecture with a roller, which is easy to move, and can be freely combined according to the output of the production line.
- Test items: including phase sequence, conductivity resistance, insulation and voltage resistance, plug and unplug gun switch detection, resistance, inductance, capacitance and diode, etc.
- Test method: both ends of the test object must be connected to the fixture. If only one end has a connector, the other end uses a clip or probe to contact and connect to the test fixture.
- Test requirements: There are indicator lights and audible alarms during the test, and there are three ways to start the test: barcode scanning on the product, computer-side test button, and fixture-side start button. Exposed wires have protective covers, and the test fixture and control box are connected using a quick plug, making it easy to replace the test fixture quickly.
